TL;DR
Change Analyst (Energy & Utilities Transformation): Supporting business readiness and adoption across a large-scale Agile transformation programme with an accent on change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, and training activities. Focus on tracking adoption metrics, managing change risks, and embedding change activities into product delivery cycles.
Salary: £500–£550 per day

What you will do
- Conduct Change Impact Assessments and support business readiness reporting.
- Analyse, map, and engage stakeholders across multiple workstreams.
- Develop and coordinate communications plans.
- Support Training Needs Analysis and training activities.
- Track adoption metrics, change risks, and programme reporting.
- Embed change activities into Agile product team delivery cycles.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Change Analyst, Business Change Analyst, Transformation Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Strong experience with Change Impact Assessments and stakeholder engagement.
- Experience supporting business change in Agile, Digital, or Product-led transformation programmes.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and organisational skills.
- Ability to work across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in the Utilities, Energy, or Infrastructure sector.
- Prosci, ADKAR, or other change management methodology experience.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, SharePoint, or similar tools.
