TL;DR

Team Lead SMM Community (iGaming): Managing and scaling community presence across Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Discord with an accent on growth metrics, operational efficiency (SLA), and team leadership. Focus on developing cross-platform content strategies, implementing gamification mechanics, and optimizing community quality via BI analytics and AI tools.

Location: Must be based in Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, or Ukraine

What you will do

  • Manage a remote team of 6+ local Community Managers, including task setting, synchronization, and mentoring.
  • Develop and optimize content strategies and plans for Telegram, Instagram, WhatsApp, and Discord.
  • Establish communication standards, including Tone of Voice, SLA, and response structures.
  • Collaborate with SMM, Support, and Content teams to share user insights and triggers.
  • Implement gamification mechanics, automation, and moderation tools to improve engagement.
  • Prepare regular community quality reports and manage SLA metrics via CRM, Tableau, and custom AI bots.

Requirements

  • Must be based in Cyprus, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Poland, or Ukraine.
  • 2+ years of experience in the iGaming, Gambling, or Betting industry.
  • 2+ years in a leadership role within Community or Social Media management.
  • Experience managing remote teams of 6+ people.
  • Proficiency with Telegram and Instagram metrics (DAU, MAU, ER, UGC).
  • English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Nice to have

  • Experience at the intersection of community and product/marketing management.
  • Deep understanding of business metrics such as LTV, Churn Rate, and CPA.
  • Experience integrating CRMs with chats and analytics for transparent communication tracking.
