What you will do

• Design end-to-end data architectures using Microsoft Fabric components including Lakehouse, Data Engineering, Data Factory, Real-Time Analytics, and Power BI.
• Build and optimize data pipelines and notebooks utilizing Spark, Dataflows Gen2, and ELT/ETL best practices.
• Define data governance frameworks, focusing on domains, workspaces, OneLake structures, cataloging, lineage, and security.
• Create high-quality semantic models and datasets to empower BI teams and support real-time analytics use cases.
• Integrate Fabric with broader Azure services such as ADLS, Event Hub, Azure SQL, Databricks, and Purview.
• Guide stakeholders through Fabric adoption via workshops, assessments, PoCs, and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 4-8+ years of experience in data engineering, cloud analytics, or consultancy roles.
• Hands-on expertise with Microsoft Fabric components: OneLake, Lakehouse, Spark, Data Factory, KQL/Real-Time Analytics, and Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Delta Lake, and distributed compute.
• Familiarity with the Azure data ecosystem (ADLS, EventHub, Synapse, Azure Functions, Entra ID).
• Understanding of governance practices: metadata, lineage, quality frameworks, and domain-driven design.

Nice to have

• Relevant Microsoft certifications such as DP-600, DP-203, AZ-305, or PL-300.
