What you will do

• Own, industrialize, and document the asset pipeline across Blender, Houdini, 3DSmax/Maya, and Unreal Engine.
• Mentor Tech Art staff, supporting their growth in UE and JIRA task management.
• Align Tech and Art teams on a shared pipeline through daily collaboration with Gameplay, Tech, Design, and Art disciplines.
• Identify rendering and memory bottlenecks in Unreal, prioritize fixes, and provide reporting via Unreal Insights.
• Author HLSL shaders and utilize Unreal’s Material Editor, Niagara (VFX), and Sequencer.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work in Paris, France for a hybrid setup.
• Proven experience as a Technical Artist, specifically within Unreal Engine.
• Strong proficiency in building pipelines with Houdini and Blender.
• Experience with HLSL shader authoring and Niagara.
• Ability to produce performance reporting and documentation to justify technical decisions.
