TL;DR
UI/UX Design Trainee (UI/UX): Creating digital products and interfaces for international clients with an accent on user-centric design and business goals. Focus on designing responsive interfaces, building a professional portfolio, and applying UX research to real-world projects.
Location: Must be based in Georgia (In-office in Tbilisi and Batumi, or online for participants from other Georgian cities)

What you will do
- Work on real-world commercial projects under the guidance of experienced designers.
- Develop practical skills in UI/UX design and build a professional design mindset.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and design systems using modern tools.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure high-quality implementation of designs.
- Participate in regular design reviews and iterate based on professional feedback.
Requirements
- English: Intermediate+ level or higher (verbal communication).
- Completion of UI/UX Design courses and a portfolio on Behance, Dribbble, or similar.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or other professional design tools.
- Solid understanding of responsive design and interface design principles.
- Must be based in Georgia.
Nice to have
- Intermediate German proficiency.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Experience conducting UX research.
