TL;DR
Lead Business Intelligence Developer (Power BI/Looker/GCP): Design and implement complex BI dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI, Looker, and Google BigQuery with an accent on ETL processes, data integration, and performance optimization. Focus on leading technical teams, ensuring code quality, security, and aligning BI solutions with business requirements.

What you will do

  • Design and implement complex Power BI dashboards and reporting solutions.
  • Develop and optimize Looker reports and data models.
  • Utilize Google BigQuery and other GCP services for backend development, ETL, and data integration.
  • Review and approve technical designs ensuring quality, security, and performance standards.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor team members to enhance technical skills.
  • Coordinate with backend and frontend BI developers and collaborate with Project Managers and Business Analysts.

Requirements

  • At least 6 years of experience in a similar position.
  • Strong expertise in Power BI, Looker, and Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).
  • Experience in ETL processes, data integration, and data modeling.
  • Knowledge of data warehousing principles, performance optimization, and security best practices.
  • Proven ability to lead and mentor technical teams.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with other BI tools and advanced analytics.
  • Experience with data governance and compliance standards.
