After 6+ years in the iGaming industry, we are entering a new stage of growth and expanding into new international markets. We are scaling our teams across multiple business functions and looking for a Recruiter who will help us attract and build the talent behind this growth.
This role is not only about sourcing candidates, it's about understanding people, evaluating their skills and competencies, and helping the business build strong teams.

You will do
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from understanding business needs to successful onboarding.
Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to define requirements, build hiring strategies, and support effective hiring decisions.
Source and attract qualified candidates through modern recruitment channels while building talent pipelines for key roles and future hiring needs.
Conduct structured interviews and competency-based assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, motivation, and potential.
Provide clear recommendations and actionable feedback throughout the hiring process.
Use recruitment analytics to track results, identify improvement opportunities, and enhance hiring effectiveness.
Explore AI tools and automation opportunities to make recruitment smarter and more efficient.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives and strengthen our presence in the talent market.
What we expect
3+ years of experience as a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist.
1+ year of experience in iGaming recruitment within international markets.
Experience hiring non-technical roles across different business functions.
Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and modern sourcing techniques.
Experience conducting structured interviews and evaluating candidates using competency-based approaches.
Ability to assess candidates’ motivation, strengths, and alignment with role requirements.
Strong communication and negotiation skills with a candidate-focused mindset.
Ability to build trust with candidates and effectively present career opportunities.
Interest in using AI tools to improve recruitment efficiency and quality of hires.
Ability to work with recruitment metrics and provide structured insights.
Native-level Russian or Ukrainian language proficiency.
English - Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher.
