Manager, Treasury ALM (Fintech)

What you will do

• Oversee daily cash management, real-time clearing, and multi-currency settlement operations while ensuring compliance with safeguarding rules.
• Manage duration and liquidity mismatches across traditional and crypto markets using the IRRBB framework.
• Monitor live crypto risk incidents and execute corrective measures on long and short positions.
• Deliver strategic proposals to ALCO and contribute to ICARA and ILAAP delivery.
• Direct, mentor, and develop a team of four treasury professionals.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in corporate treasury or financial institutions, specifically managing complex ALM structures.
• Proficiency in both traditional finance (SWIFT, SEPA) and digital asset markets (stablecoins and crypto assets).
• Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks including MiCAR, EMI, and MiFID II.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems (TMS), banking APIs, and blockchain analytics.
• Fluency in German and English.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid model in Vienna, Austria.
