Salary: EUR 35,000 - 44,000 yearly

What you will do

• Design and develop user interfaces for HMI systems in real-world industrial environments.
• Conduct user and customer research and usability testing to validate design concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to translate requirements into designs.
• Create user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Maintain HMI designs within the Figma design system.
• Ensure designs drive UX harmonization and comply with industry standards and accessibility guidelines.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Experience in industrial HMI, embedded UI, automotive, or similar domains.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
• Master’s degree in UX design or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Must be based in or able to work from Genova, Italy.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Qt or similar technologies.
• Experience using AI tools in the design process.
