Location: Onsite in Genova, Italy
Salary: EUR 35,000 - 44,000 yearly

What you will do
- Design and develop user interfaces for HMI systems in real-world industrial environments.
- Conduct user and customer research and usability testing to validate design concepts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to translate requirements into designs.
- Create user stories, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
- Maintain HMI designs within the Figma design system.
- Ensure designs drive UX harmonization and comply with industry standards and accessibility guidelines.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of UX design experience with a strong portfolio.
- Experience in industrial HMI, embedded UI, automotive, or similar domains.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe.
- Master’s degree in UX design or a related field.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Must be based in or able to work from Genova, Italy.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Qt or similar technologies.
- Experience using AI tools in the design process.
