What you will do

• Develop and execute the strategy for growing the IB and referral partner network across EMEA.
• Identify, attract, and manage high-value IBs, trading communities, and referral partners.
• Drive client acquisition and trading volume through partner channels.
• Design and optimize partner engagement, activation, and retention initiatives.
• Analyze partner performance and define KPIs to maximize partner productivity and ROI.
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences across the region.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in partnerships or business development within fintech, brokerage, CFD, FX, or crypto industries.
• Strong understanding of Introducing Broker (IB) and referral business models.
• Proven track record of building and scaling partner networks with measurable results.
• Established network of traders, affiliates, or IBs across EMEA.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Fluent English.
