Compensation: MYR 3,200 - MYR 4,000 monthly

What you will do

• Manage end-to-end operational queries and support for internal and external clients.
• Deliver databases and reports based on client specifications while adhering to strict quality standards and SLAs.
• Act as a client advocate within the Network Operations Center (NOC) to address needs and improve service delivery.
• Collaborate with Process Owners and Team Leads to optimize operational effectiveness and eliminate re-work.
• Analyze upstream and downstream process relationships to ensure clean, accurate data delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Science, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or an IT equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in operations.
• English: Fluency in speaking and writing is mandatory.
• Technical proficiency: Advanced Excel skills are required, with strong knowledge of SQL and Python.
• Project management aptitude, including task sequencing and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
