Salary: $40.00 - $45.00 hourly

What you will do

• Inspect and evaluate physical vehicle damage in the field or virtually.
• Negotiate repair costs and settlements with repair facilities and involved parties.
• Research actual cash values for total loss settlements.
• Document findings with detailed reports and photographs.
• Perform re-inspections and authorize supplemental repairs as needed.
• Assist leadership in onboarding new team members and resolving complex claims.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry.
• 10+ years of experience in auto vehicle estimating and complex repair claims.
• Must be able to pass a background check for an Independent Adjuster License.
• Strong foundation in insurance industry practices, standards, and terminology.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel as required for field appraisals.
