What you will do
- Provide technical pre-sales support to strategic channel partners, distributors, and MSPs.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical training sessions.
- Design cybersecurity architectures and assist partners with PoC planning and execution.
- Act as a primary technical liaison between Japanese partners and global teams.
- Drive technical enablement for MDR, EDR, and XDR service offerings.
- Represent at industry events and conferences to maintain awareness of market trends.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales Engineering, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Account Management.
- Business-level Japanese and professional-level English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies and architectures.
- Experience supporting channel partners, distributors, or reseller ecosystems.
- Ability to lead technical discussions with both local customers and global stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience.
Nice to have
- Experience with EDR, XDR, MDR, or Threat Intelligence.
- Security-related certifications such as CISSP, Security+, CEH, or GIAC.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and SaaS security technologies.
- Experience collaborating with Product Management or technical HQ teams.
