What you will do

• Engage in an intensive 10-week training program covering trading strategies, market mechanics, and signal generation.
• Collaborate with trading teams on meaningful projects with real-world impact.
• Participate in mock trading sessions and poker training to enhance risk-taking and probabilistic thinking.
• Receive daily 1:1 mentorship from experienced quantitative professionals.
• Contribute to the design and deployment of predictive trading models.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a top undergraduate or graduate program.
• Outstanding skills in probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and appetite for risk-taking.
• Programming experience.

• Reliable and predictable availability required.
