Campus Quantitative Trader (Intern)

Location: Must be based in Chicago or New York

What you will do

• Engage in a 10-week intensive training program covering trading strategies, market mechanics, and signal generation.
• Collaborate with trading teams on meaningful projects with real-world impact.
• Participate in mock trading sessions and poker training to improve decision-making under uncertainty.
• Receive daily 1:1 mentorship from experienced traders, researchers, and developers.
• Contribute to the development of predictive trading models using statistical analysis and data mining.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a top undergraduate or graduate program.
• Must be able to work onsite in Chicago or New York.
• Outstanding skills in probabilistic thinking and mathematical reasoning.
• Demonstrated interest in financial markets and appetite for risk-taking.
• Programming experience.
• Competitive spirit and drive to learn.
