What you will do

• Assist campground and resort staff with software inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Perform remote desktop demonstrations to guide users through reservation software features.

• Maintain a high level of accuracy and detail while resolving technical issues.
• Adhere to a defined shift schedule including evenings, weekends, and major holidays.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
