IT Analyst

Location: Must be based in San Salvador, El Salvador

What you will do

• Manage and maintain IT asset inventory including computers, monitors, and peripherals.
• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and end-user devices via remote and onsite assistance.
• Execute IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment provisioning and account setup.
• Administer access points and support network connectivity for local users.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operating systems and applications.
• Document incidents and resolutions within the organization’s ticketing system.

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in IT Support or Help Desk roles.
• Intermediate English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Ubuntu, and macOS environments.
• Experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions and software maintenance.
• Familiarity with IT asset inventory management and vendor coordination.
• Basic knowledge of network connectivity and IT equipment setup.
