Campus AI Research Engineer (Fintech)

What you will do

• Apply advanced AI and machine learning techniques to complex quantitative finance problems.
• Collaborate with researchers, quantitative researchers, traders, and engineers to build reusable financial AI/ML frameworks.
• Optimize model training pipelines for high-performance computing clusters.
• Integrate AI/ML models into production systems with low-latency requirements.
• Build observable, performant, and flexible large-scale AI/ML systems while reducing research iteration time.
• Develop across C, C++, Python, CUDA, and other low-level GPU programming languages.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Python and/or C++.
• Proficiency in PyTorch, JAX, TensorFlow, or similar machine learning frameworks.
• Expertise in GPU or accelerator programming, including CUDA, Triton, SYCL, ROCm, or equivalent.
• Experience building AI/ML systems at scale, including large training datasets and low-latency or high-throughput inference.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Reliable availability and the ability to work collaboratively on challenging technical problems.

Nice to have

• Experience with high-performance computing clusters and large-scale financial AI/ML systems.
• International student status with CPT or OPT eligibility.
