Location: Hybrid in Menlo Park, CA
Salary: $144,000 - $200,000 USD (Region A)

What you will do
- Translate regulatory and policy requirements into clear artifacts, trackers, and repeatable processes.
- Produce and maintain audit-ready compliance documentation and evidence.
- Analyze compliance data and workflows to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and improvement opportunities.
- Track remediation items and commitments through to closure, managing owners and timelines.
- Support program governance by preparing meeting materials, metrics, dashboards, and RAID logs.
- Operate third-party risk management tools, monitoring risk indicators and supporting mitigation activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, law, risk, compliance, political science, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in compliance, legal operations, risk, audit, or regulatory operations, preferably in AdTech or high-growth tech.
- Proven experience in evidence coordination, documentation review, and audit readiness programs.
- Fluency with Jira, Confluence, GRC platforms, and a broad array of AI tools (e.g., Claude).
- Basic data skills using Excel/Sheets, SQL, or BI dashboards for reporting.
- Must be based near the Menlo Park, CA office for a hybrid in-office schedule.
Nice to have
- Exposure to privacy, product/advertising compliance, AI governance, or information governance.
- Experience with third-party risk management.
- PMO experience or project/program management certification.
