Site Security Manager

Location: Must be based on-site at U.S. Army Garrison Humphreys, South Korea

What you will do

• Oversee the execution of all security-related tasks and contract requirements.
• Exercise command and control authority over contractor security personnel.
• Coordinate and supervise security specialists performing access control and monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and procedures for protected areas.
• Provide oversight of Electronic Security Systems (ESS) operations.
• Manage personnel scheduling and conduct performance evaluations.

Requirements

• Must be fluent in both English and Korean.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in military or civilian security management.
• Must possess a Secret Security Clearance.
• Proven leadership capabilities and ability to exercise command and control.
• Ability to work flexible hours and be available on-call 24/7 as required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice or Security Management.
• Military security operations experience.
• Professional security certifications such as CPP or PSP.
• Knowledge of Department of Defense security regulations.
