Staff Instrumentation & Controls Engineer (Power Generation)

Location: Must be based in the US (multiple office locations available). Relocation assistance is available.

What you will do

• Apply advanced engineering techniques to design and analyze complex instrumentation and control systems.
• Prepare and review complex engineering deliverables, calculations, and equipment specifications.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff on project execution.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members to ensure project budget, schedule, and quality requirements are met.
• Support business development activities and identify key client interests for project approaches.
• Ensure compliance with corporate quality programs and engineering standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience in instrumentation and controls.
• Must be authorized to work in the US (no visa sponsorship available).
• Ability to pass pre-employment background checks and drug screening.
• Proven experience in applying advanced engineering techniques and managing project deliverables.
