TL;DR
Country Manager - DACH (Oncology Diagnostics): Drive adoption and utilization of PROSIGNA™ and newly launched diagnostic products by owning go-to-market execution, territory reimbursement strategy, and guideline inclusion. Focus on building market access through health economics, reimbursement pathways, and tender management while leading regional commercial performance and people management across the DACH region.

What you will do

  • Lead commercial strategy for the DACH region: territory-specific go-to-market, channel plans, and public reimbursement/guideline inclusion.
  • Drive PROSIGNA™ adoption via targeted marketing activities and participation in key oncology congresses and seminars.
  • Own territory performance: set account goals, track progress, resolve issues, and manage recruitment/headcount planning aligned with budgets.
  • Manage market access activities with health authorities, including pricing, reimbursement pathways, and professional relationship building.
  • Oversee territory operations and administrative/financial/strategic planning functions, including operational management of the product portfolio.
  • Lead tender management and business development efforts, including market analysis, opportunity assessment, and alignment with portfolio strategy.

Requirements

  • Over 8 years of commercial leadership experience with full revenue and P/L responsibility.
  • Proven track record launching oncology drugs and/or diagnostics, ideally in lean, fast-paced organizations.
  • Experience establishing reimbursement pathways and strong knowledge of health economics and the diagnostic market landscape.
  • Demonstrated success negotiating and closing deals with hospitals and health authorities, including tender management.
  • Strong influencing and communication skills with senior thought leaders, clinicians/KOLs, payers, regulators, and internal stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership capabilities with experience collaborating with international headquarters and cross-functional teams.
