DevOps Engineer (AI): Managing and developing generative AI solutions with an accent on LLMOps, CI/CD pipeline automation, and solution stabilization. Location: Hybrid (Lisboa, Braga, Coimbra, Portugal)
Salary: €2,200–€2,700 net monthly

What you will do
- Lead the handover and stabilization of AI solutions delivered by external vendors.
- Design and ship AI features using Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and custom Python/TypeScript services.
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and implement LLMOps practices including prompt versioning and automated evaluation.
- Manage observability, cost optimization, and application lifecycle for AI services.
- Act as L3 support for incident resolution and quality issues.
- Engage with business product owners to manage backlogs and prioritize development iterations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional software development experience.
- At least 2 years of experience building or operating generative AI/LLM solutions in production.
- Strong proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud, CI/CD, IaC (Terraform/Bicep), and containerization.
- English proficiency: B2 level required.
- Proven track record in backlog management and stakeholder engagement.
Nice to have
- Experience with agentic frameworks like LangGraph or Microsoft Agent Framework.
- Knowledge of vector stores (Qdrant, Azure AI Search) and knowledge-graph tooling.
- Azure AI Engineer (AI-102) certification.
- Experience with fine-tuning models on Azure AI Foundry.
