What you will do

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced iOS applications across hirify.global’s product suite.
• Architect and implement robust, scalable system and API designs, including effective data modeling for complex requirements.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to define and ship impactful features aligned with organizational goals.
• Champion software engineering best practices, testability, and maintainability through code reviews and mentoring.
• Integrate and operate AI/ML-enabled solutions to enhance user experience and operational outcomes.
• Troubleshoot and optimize complex technical issues to continuously improve services and domain capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• 12+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience owning the full lifecycle of iOS services within a multi-service or domain environment.
• Proficiency in Swift, Objective-C, and iOS frameworks, with strong API design principles.
• Familiarity with applying AI/ML concepts to real-world products.
• Location: Must be based in London, United Kingdom

• Experience with modular iOS architectures using design patterns like MVVM or VIPER.
• Advanced proficiency in SwiftUI, multi-threading, concurrency, and performance optimization.
• Prior experience in the travel industry or search domain (scaling discovery in consumer apps).
