Area Product Manager (Digital Entertainment)

Location: Temporary Remote with mandatory future relocation to Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Define and own the product strategy and roadmap for a specific product area.
• Translate high-level company priorities into actionable product goals and initiatives.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of the area roadmap, coordinating dependencies across teams.
• Drive product discovery using customer research, quantitative data, and experimentation.
• Align stakeholders and influence product decisions without formal authority.
• Coach product teams on best practices to foster ownership and execution excellence.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing the strategy and roadmap of a product area or domain.
• Strong skills in product discovery and data-driven prioritization.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams throughout the full product lifecycle.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to define and monitor key product KPIs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• EU passport or eligibility for an EU-based employment contract.
