TL;DR
Senior Automotive Software Engineer (Embedded): Designing and integrating embedded software for automotive systems with an accent on AUTOSAR BSW configuration and compliance with ISO26262 and ASPICE standards. Focus on developing complex software architectures, technical customer communication, and mentoring team members to ensure high-quality project delivery.

Location: Must be based in Cairo, Egypt (Maadi Technology Park)

What you will do

  • Analyze requirements and design embedded software for automotive applications.
  • Integrate AUTOSAR platforms with customer-specific applications.
  • Configure embedded basic software components and develop application software.
  • Provide technical consultancy and support to end customers.
  • Coach team members and conduct technical training sessions.
  • Improve engineering processes to enhance efficiency and quality standards.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in automotive embedded systems.
  • University degree in Computers or Electronics Engineering.
  • Proven experience in embedded software architecture design.
  • Strong expertise in AUTOSAR configuration and integration.
  • Excellent proficiency in embedded C programming.
  • Deep knowledge of microcontrollers and automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay).
  • Excellent command of English (written and spoken).

Nice to have

  • Experience with multicore solutions on embedded platforms.
