• Create an exclusive and welcoming atmosphere for players from diverse cultural backgrounds.
• Apply discretion, professionalism, emotional intelligence, and sound judgment in player interactions.

Requirements

• Advanced English skills required.
• Valid passport with at least one year of validity and documents required for relocation to Ras Al-Khaimah.
• Quick thinking and the ability to remain calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy and discipline.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for confident interaction with VIP clients.
• Polished, service-oriented approach and ability to deliver a luxury customer experience.
• Cultural awareness and emotional intelligence for adapting communication to different players and situations.
