What you will do

• Operate live product development to ensure stable and predictable delivery.
• Improve and optimize existing production processes and team communication.
• Coordinate teams and producers to achieve product goals and maintain roadmap alignment.
• Balance development speed, product quality, and system stability.
• Manage risks, timelines, and tasks using Jira and Confluence.
• Support and develop the team to increase overall effectiveness.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in organizing game development processes.
• Experience managing teams of 30+ people in a complex structure.
• Strong understanding of live product specifics and continuous release environments.
• Ability to build and optimize processes within existing teams.
• Native Russian language.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile mid-core or hardcore projects.
• Experience with LiveOps and regular release cycles.
