Delivery Producer (Gaming)

Location: Hybrid or office-based at hubs in Dubai, Limassol, Almaty, or Belgrade; relocation assistance is available

What you will do

• Operate live development and ensure stable, predictable delivery.
• Improve and optimize production processes within an existing team.
• Coordinate teams and producers around product goals, roadmap priorities, and continuous updates.
• Balance development speed, product quality, and product stability.
• Manage delivery risks, timelines, Jira tasks, and Confluence documentation.
• Improve process transparency and communication while supporting team development.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience organizing game development processes.
• Experience managing teams of 30+ people in a complex structure.
• Understanding of live products and continuous release environments.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, including work with business stakeholders and an Executive Producer.
• Ability to manage timelines, quality, risks, and existing production processes.
• Native Russian language required.

Nice to have

• Experience with mobile mid-core or hardcore projects.
• Experience with LiveOps and regular release cycles.
