What you will do

• Drive financial success by maximizing account portfolio value and executing strategies to meet margin and growth targets.
• Build a robust pipeline of corporate and government partners to ensure the long-term health of the regional ecosystem.
• Act as the official face of the company in the region, advising C-suite executives on innovation strategy and industry trends.
• Develop and approve the 12-week accelerator calendar and curriculum to maximize value for startups and partners.
• Evaluate high-potential investment opportunities and lead regional due diligence for the Investment Committee.
• Manage and mentor the local team to foster a high-performance culture based on accountability and growth.

Requirements

• MBA or equivalent advanced degree is mandatory.
• 7+ years of progressive professional experience.
• 3+ years in a leadership role overseeing operational delivery of complex regional operations.
• Deep understanding of the local and regional innovation ecosystem.
• Proven ability to advise C-suite executives on innovation strategy.
