We're looking for an experienced Sports Product Manager to own and drive the sportsbook product across our platform and brands.
You'll be responsible for selecting and managing sportsbook providers, optimizing product performance, overseeing integrations, and working closely with Product, Tech, Risk, CRM, QA, and Compliance teams to deliver a best-in-class betting experience.

Key Responsibilities
• Own the sportsbook product strategy and roadmap
• Evaluate, select, and manage sportsbook providers
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate integrations
• Optimize sportsbook performance, user experience, and market coverage
• Monitor betting activity, GGR/NGR, engagement, and provider performance
• Work with CRM on promotions, free bets, odds boosts, and campaigns
• Coordinate with Risk on trading exposure, betting limits, and suspicious activity
• Analyze competitors and identify product improvement opportunities

Requirements
• Experience as a Sports Product Manager, Sportsbook Manager, or similar role
• Strong understanding of sportsbook operations, betting markets, odds, settlement, and trading logic
• Experience working with sportsbook providers and betting platforms
• Strong analytical, commercial, and negotiation skills
• Experience collaborating with Product, Tech, QA, CRM, Risk, and Compliance teams
• Excellent English
⭐ Experience with providers such as Betby, Altenar, Digitain, Sportradar, Kambi, or EveryMatrix, as well as multi-market sportsbook operations, is a strong advantage.
