What you will do

• Implement software components according to design specifications for a complex tax administration system.
• Perform system integration, unit testing, problem troubleshooting, and resolution.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and teammates to ensure project efforts proceed efficiently and predictably.
• Participate in effort estimation, delivery timelines, and provide technical input into product roadmaps.
• Manage incident analysis and prioritization during triage activities.
• Support and optimize CI/CD processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Java development.
• Strong experience with Spring Framework and Quarkus.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL) and messaging systems (Kafka, ActiveMQ).
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
• English: Ability to communicate confidently is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in Angular front-end development.
• German or Swiss German language skills.
