AI Enablement Lead (AI Engineering)

What you will do

• Design and maintain core AI orchestration layers, centralized API gateways, and reusable frameworks including advanced RAG and agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with core engineering teams to embed production-ready generative AI and machine learning features into the Data Intelligence Platform.
• Establish LLMOps and governance infrastructure, including guardrails, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring tools for model performance and security.
• Manage cloud and API compute spend and optimize execution latency for production AI features.
• Lead cross-functional upskilling via workshops and blueprints to empower teams to build AI-driven features.
• Manage vendor partnerships and evaluate open-source models to ensure technical innovation.

Requirements

• Strong background as a Senior AI/ML Engineer, LLMOps Engineer, or Software Architect in enterprise SaaS or complex data platforms.
• Deep technical expertise in Python or Go, semantic search, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Milvus, pgvector).
• Proficiency with orchestration frameworks such as LangChain or LlamaIndex.
• Experience with software engineering rigor, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and clean code architecture.
• English: C1+ (exceptional verbal and written communication) required.
• Location: Must be based in Europe.
