TL;DR

Client Success Specialist (Fintech): Delivering multi-channel support and tailored guidance to traders and partners with an accent on client retention and resolution of complex trade issues. Focus on identifying service trends to influence product roadmaps and ensuring strict adherence to regulatory requirements.

Location: Must have the appropriate rights and documentation for employment in Cyprus. Hybrid work mode in Limassol, Cyprus.

Global provider of margin and deliverable Foreign Exchange, Contracts for Difference (CFDs), and Financial Spread betting.

What you will do

  • Provide high-quality multi-channel support to standard and premium traders and partners.
  • Support client retention through tailored guidance and practical insights.
  • Analyze and report trends to internal teams to influence Product and IT roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve client issues and support market expansion.
  • Perform layer-1 trade investigations and validations.
  • Manage escalations professionally, ensuring clear documentation and timely resolution.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably within the fintech industry.
  • Native or near-native Italian (written and spoken).
  • Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Ability to work on rotating evening and weekend shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
