What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product analytics strategy and integrate business outcomes with product usage data.
• Lead, coach, and scale the data team to act as strategic business partners.
• Establish high standards for data quality, governance, and analytical rigor.
• Standardize metrics and experimentation practices across the organization.
• Act as a senior thought partner to Product, Engineering, and Payments teams.
• Design and drive scalable analytics solutions to support organizational growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams in a SaaS or digital product environment.
• Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven strategy.
• Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale event-level datasets.
• Proficiency with modern analytics stacks including dbt, Looker, or Tableau.
• Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans.
• High standards for structure, precision, and communication.
