What you will do
- Own the end-to-end product analytics strategy and integrate business outcomes with product usage data.
- Lead, coach, and scale the data team to act as strategic business partners.
- Establish high standards for data quality, governance, and analytical rigor.
- Standardize metrics and experimentation practices across the organization.
- Act as a senior thought partner to Product, Engineering, and Payments teams.
- Design and drive scalable analytics solutions to support organizational growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience leading and developing analytics teams in a SaaS or digital product environment.
- Strong track record of influencing senior stakeholders through data-driven strategy.
- Advanced SQL skills and experience with large-scale event-level datasets.
- Proficiency with modern analytics stacks including dbt, Looker, or Tableau.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear analytical plans.
- High standards for structure, precision, and communication.
