What you will do

• Serve as technical lead for the North American Sales organization in the Western US region.
• Guide customers in choosing the right products and help optimize customer implementations.
• Perform detailed bench work, including breadboarding and testing solutions for customers.
• Interface with customers via phone and support technical discussions with both small and large groups.
• Present product benefits and support sales engineering activities with strong organizational independence.

Requirements

• BSEE or equivalent; MSEE or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales engineering role.
• Experience designing AC-DC power conversion solutions.
• Demonstrated magnetics design experience.
• Working knowledge of EMI and Safety standards.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within the region for on-site customer support.
