Associate Field Applications Engineer (Power Conversion): Provide technical leadership for a North American Sales team in the Western US region by guiding customers in selecting products and optimizing implementations with an accent on AC-DC power conversion, magnetics design, and hands-on bench work. Focus on solving customer performance challenges through detailed testing, analytical troubleshooting, and effective communication.

What you will do
- Serve as technical lead for the North American Sales organization in the Western US region.
- Guide customers in choosing the right products and help optimize customer implementations.
- Perform detailed bench work, including breadboarding and testing solutions for customers.
- Interface with customers via phone and support technical discussions with both small and large groups.
- Present product benefits and support sales engineering activities with strong organizational independence.
Requirements
- BSEE or equivalent; MSEE or equivalent preferred.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a sales engineering role.
- Experience designing AC-DC power conversion solutions.
- Demonstrated magnetics design experience.
- Working knowledge of EMI and Safety standards.
- Willingness to travel up to 40% within the region for on-site customer support.
