What you will do

• Lead formulation development and define technical approaches for assigned flavour categories.
• Oversee sensory review processes and interpret data to guide project next steps.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align technical priorities with business objectives.
• Drive the optimization of digital tools for documentation and performance tracking.
• Provide coaching and performance feedback to trainees and junior flavourists.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for complex formulation challenges.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a flavourist post-training.
• Polytechnic or Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or Biology.
• Advanced technical knowledge in flavour creation and sensory science.
• Proven ability to lead process improvement initiatives and reduce lead times.
• Must be based in Singapore to support the Asia-Pacific region.

• Proven track record in beverage creation.
• Experience integrating market insights into formulation decisions.
