Country Manager (France and Benelux)

What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for diagnostic products in France and Benelux.
• Drive sales growth by securing public reimbursement and inclusion in treatment guidelines.
• Lead commercial activities, including tender management and negotiations with health authorities.
• Collaborate with global headquarters teams to support product launches and regional initiatives.
• Manage regional operations, including administrative, financial, and strategic planning.
• Represent the company at industry events and engage with key opinion leaders in oncology.

Requirements

• Must be based in France or have the ability to work from there.
• Over 8 years of commercial leadership experience with full P/L responsibility.
• Proven track record of launching oncology drugs or diagnostics.
• Expertise in market analysis, reimbursement pathways, and tender management.
• Strong ability to engage with oncologists, pathologists, and health authorities.
• Excellent communication skills in English and French.

Nice to have

• MBA or other relevant advanced degrees.
• Specific expertise in breast cancer diagnostics or therapeutics.
• Experience working within lean, fast-paced organizations.
