UI/UX Director (Gamedev): Leading the UI/UX team to create a vision for an incredible-looking and ultra-intuitive mobile game experience with an accent on Match-3 or puzzle game mechanics. Focus on building interactive prototypes, integrating design into the game engine, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver a polished, high-quality product.
Location: Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States
Salary: $220,000 – $260,000 USD

What you will do
- Lead and direct the UI/UX team to achieve creative and player experience goals.
- Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to integrate UI/UX seamlessly into the game.
- Create interactive prototypes and wireframes to test and iterate on design concepts.
- Develop and maintain design documentation for UI patterns and guidelines.
- Direct motion design for intuitive UI transitions and interactions.
- Implement player feedback to refine and optimize the game experience.
Requirements
- Must be legally authorized to work and reside in the United States.
- Proven experience crafting intuitive and fun User Interfaces for mobile games.
- Experience in Match-3 or other puzzle game genres.
- Ability to render high-quality UI elements.
- Experience working directly in a game engine.
- Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.
