Location: Must be based in Warsaw, Poland (Hybrid: 3 days in office, 2 days remote).
Salary: 315,200 PLN – 394,000 PLN

What you will do
- Lead process and service improvement initiatives to standardize and strengthen GTS business processes.
- Apply structured problem-solving methods including Lean, Six Sigma, and A3 Thinking to address business-critical issues.
- Develop and maintain operational metrics and dashboards to track service health and OKR progress.
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops, kaizens, and process mapping sessions to align stakeholders.
- Coach teams on metrics-driven problem solving and systems thinking to improve service delivery.
- Influence service owners and project teams to adopt common process standards and governance routines.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in process excellence, operational excellence, or IT service management.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is required.
- Proven ability to work effectively in global, matrixed organizations.
- Experience in regulated industries such as pharma, healthcare, or finance.
- Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate strategic priorities into measurable execution plans.
Nice to have
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
- ITIL, Agile, or related process improvement certifications.
