What you will do

• Design and maintain automated test frameworks covering Apex, UI, API, and end-to-end regression suites.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and SFDX workflows.
• Define and own the end-to-end test strategy, from story acceptance criteria to defect triage.
• Partner with developers on code reviews to flag testability concerns and brittle patterns.
• Develop test data management strategies for reliable execution across sandbox environments.
• Monitor quality dashboards to track coverage metrics, defect trends, and deployment health.

Requirements

• 5+ years of software quality engineering experience, with significant time in a Salesforce environment.
• Proficiency in Apex test class development and understanding of governor limits.
• Hands-on experience with UI automation frameworks like Selenium or Playwright.
• Strong familiarity with Git, Salesforce DX (SFDX), and CI/CD release processes.
• Excellent English communication skills are required.
• Experience with Jira and API testing tools like Postman or SoapUI.

Nice to have

• Experience with GitHub Actions for Salesforce CI/CD pipeline configuration.
• Salesforce Platform Developer or Administrator certification.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning Design System and LWC component testing.
• Experience with performance or load testing in a Salesforce context.
