What you will do

  • Coach and mentor Player Development Executives and VIP Hosts to improve performance and service quality.
  • Drive key VIP sales metrics, including customer engagement, market share, and net revenue.
  • Implement optimal processes and contribute to compliance initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Analytics teams to monitor reinvestment programs, promotions, and reward incentives.
  • Participate in the escalation process to resolve complex client cases.
  • Assist leadership in developing and implementing effective sales training programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in Gaming, Hospitality, Sales, or Marketing.
  • At least 3 years of experience managing a sales team.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain required State Gaming Licenses.
  • Strong understanding of product lines and ability to implement strategies for operational efficiency.
  • Proven ability to coach teams on consistent sales techniques and customer experience.
