Legal Engineer (Libra - Legal AI Assistant)

Location: Hybrid role in Warsaw, Poland; at least eight days per month in the office.

hirify.global’s Legal & Regulatory Division develops Libra, an AI platform for legal research, drafting, and legal workflow automation.

What you will do

• Design, test, and configure AI-powered legal workflows, Libra Assistants, and automations across key legal domains.
• Work directly with law firms and corporate legal departments to map use cases and tailor solutions to client processes.
• Translate legal expertise into structured data, prompts, and workflows that produce accurate and legally robust outputs.
• Support customer pilots and proof-of-concepts using real legal documents, templates, and research workflows.
• Advise clients on AI-assisted legal work and create learning materials for Libra Academy.
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering teams to improve prompt quality, accuracy, domain coverage, and roadmap priorities.

Requirements

• Law degree or equivalent legal qualification.
• 2–5 years of experience in private practice or an in-house legal role.
• Strong interest in technology, AI, and legal innovation, with analytical, problem-solving, and builder-oriented skills.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills, including the ability to work with technical teams and legal stakeholders.
• Native Polish and professional English language skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, iterative environment.

Nice to have

• Experience in legal technology, product management, or automation projects.
• Familiarity with SaaS environments and agile methodologies.
