What you will do

• Coordinate and oversee ethics programs, processes, and code of conduct implementation.
• Conduct and document thorough, timely investigations into ethical concerns in accordance with corporate and legal guidelines.
• Provide guidance to management and employees on ethics-related matters.
• Develop employee communications and conduct outreach to reinforce the ethics office mission.
• Monitor organizational performance against the code of ethics and coordinate with legal, security, and HR functions.
• Analyze program activity and trends to present reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Must be able to obtain a Security Clearance.
• Ability to travel up to 50% of the time to client sites.
• Proven experience in investigative report writing.
• Strong data analytics and project management skills.
• Experience interacting with all levels of employees and management.
• Prior experience leading a geographically dispersed organization.
