What you will do

• Define and own the technical vision, architecture, and long-term roadmap for the iOS platform.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of iOS engineers while setting coding and review standards.
• Make high-impact architectural decisions to drive modularization and scalability.
• Own the CI/CD strategy, release management, and deployment reliability.
• Partner with product and design leadership to translate business goals into technical execution.
• Contribute hands-on to critical features and complex problem-solving.

Requirements

• 8+ years of iOS development experience, including 2+ years in a lead or tech-lead capacity.
• Must be located within approximately ± 4 hours of CET.
• Proven track record shipping and scaling B2C subscription-based apps at significant user volume.
• Deep expertise in Swift, Swift Concurrency, and StoreKit 2 monetization architecture.
• Strong experience with large-scale modular architectures, dependency management, and CI/CD at scale.
• Experience integrating AI-driven product features and championing AI-assisted development.

Nice to have

• Experience with paywall experimentation and pricing strategy.
• Deep performance engineering skills including Instruments-driven diagnosis.
• Comprehensive testing strategy ownership including unit, UI, and contract testing.
