TL;DR

iOS Engineer (Swift/Fintech): Building the native iOS experience for a finance super app with an accent on clean user flows and high performance. Focus on integrating backend APIs, optimizing app stability, and implementing AI-assisted mobile experiences to improve user journeys.

Location: Hybrid in Taipei, Taiwan (must work from the office at least 3 days per week)

What you will do

  • Build and ship native iOS features using Swift.
  • Create clean mobile flows for insurance, payments, claims, renewals, and financial services.
  • Collaborate with product and design teams to simplify complex user journeys.
  • Integrate backend APIs while ensuring mobile flows are stable, secure, and reliable.
  • Optimize app performance, crash rates, loading states, memory usage, and battery efficiency.
  • Implement AI-assisted mobile experiences to enhance the user journey.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of iOS development experience using Swift.
  • Strong knowledge of SwiftUI, UIKit, async/await, and iOS architecture patterns.
  • Experience shipping production apps and integrating REST APIs.
  • Strong sense of mobile UX, usability, and handling edge cases.
  • Must be based in Taiwan to support the hybrid office requirement.
  • Strong English communication skills are required as it is the primary working language.
