What you will do

• Lead endpoint and identity security systems within the SPINE group, ensuring continuous improvement of security controls.
• Deploy and manage security tooling, automation, and infrastructure-as-code solutions to support scalability.
• Identify and remediate systemic security gaps using data-driven insights and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with the central Security team to align security measures with compliance and policy requirements.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical leadership in security practices across the organization.

Requirements

• Proficiency in scripting and automation using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Strong experience with infrastructure-as-code and configuration-as-policy methodologies.
• Extensive background in Linux systems and endpoint/device management.
• Familiarity with identity and access systems, including the implementation of device and access controls.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence technical decisions.
• Self-directed and proactive problem-solving capabilities with the ability to operate with broad scope.
