What you will do

• Design and propose secure architectures aligned with organizational strategy and privacy requirements.
• Develop architectural documentation, specifications, and security blueprints.
• Lead the development, integration, and maintenance of cybersecurity components to ensure specifications are met.
• Conduct security reviews and analyze the impact of cybersecurity solutions on system performance.
• Align cybersecurity strategy with business goals and ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Evaluate market solutions through Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to identify appropriate business tools.

Requirements

• Master's degree.
• Minimum 10 years of IT professional experience, with at least 8 years in a similar architectural role.
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity standards, methodologies, frameworks, and secure development lifecycles.
• Possession of at least 4 professional certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, SABSA, or TOGAF.
• English: C1 level required.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Warsaw, Poland.
