English-speaking Support Associate (Part-Time, Remote)

Location: Fully remote, but all work must be performed from Serbia only; availability for morning, afternoon, or night shifts, including weekends and holidays, is required.

Starting salary: 52,500 RSD gross, plus additional pay for weekends, holidays, and night hours.

What you will do

• Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries through live chat, phone, and email.
• Resolve escalations, operational issues, and time-sensitive cases quickly and professionally.
• Support multiple markets, countries, user types, and ticket flows according to business needs.
• Maintain a high-quality customer experience through empathy, clear communication, and hirify.global’s tone of voice.
• Use support platforms, communication channels, knowledge bases, and operational tools simultaneously.
• Follow internal processes, refund policies, escalation paths, playbooks, and operational guidelines.

Requirements

• Fluent Serbian and English at C1 level.
• Excellent communication skills, patience, empathy, persistence, and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, handle stressful situations, make quick decisions, and manage complex cases.
• At least a high school diploma.
• Comfort with new applications and systems, with the ability to adapt quickly to changes.
• Reliable internet connection, a suitable distraction-free remote workspace, and availability to work from Serbia.

Hiring process

• Onboarding begins through an e-learning platform.
• Training lasts 2–3 weeks and includes close support from a trainer during shifts.
