TL;DR
Support Associate (Customer Support): Handling customer, courier, and merchant inquiries via live chat, phone, and email with an accent on fast resolution of operational issues and high-quality user experience. Location: Fully remote, but all work must be performed from Serbia only
Salary: Starting salary 52,500 RSD gross (plus bonuses for weekends, holidays, and night shifts)

What you will do
- Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries through live chat, phone, and email support.
- Resolve escalations, operational issues, and time-sensitive cases quickly and professionally.
- Support multiple markets and ticket flows depending on business needs.
- Maintain a high-quality customer experience using empathy and company tone of voice.
- Use multiple tools simultaneously, including support platforms, knowledge bases, and operational tools.
- Stay updated with new processes, market changes, and internal training materials.
Requirements
- Fluency in both Serbian and English (C1).
- Must be based in Serbia.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays (24/7 operation).
- High school diploma.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.
- Ability to multitask and make fast decisions in stressful situations.
