TL;DR

Support Associate (Customer Support): Handling customer, courier, and merchant inquiries via live chat, phone, and email with an accent on fast resolution of operational issues and high-quality user experience. Focus on multitasking in a 24/7 environment, using empathy and clear communication to resolve escalations across multiple markets.

Location: Fully remote, but all work must be performed from Serbia only

Salary: Starting salary 52,500 RSD gross (plus bonuses for weekends, holidays, and night shifts)

What you will do

  • Handle customer, courier, and merchant inquiries through live chat, phone, and email support.
  • Resolve escalations, operational issues, and time-sensitive cases quickly and professionally.
  • Support multiple hirify.global markets and ticket flows depending on business needs.
  • Maintain a high-quality customer experience using empathy and company tone of voice.
  • Use multiple tools simultaneously, including support platforms, knowledge bases, and operational tools.
  • Stay updated with new processes, market changes, and internal training materials.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both Serbian and English (C1).
  • Must be based in Serbia.
  • Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays (24/7 operation).
  • High school diploma.
  • Excellent communication skills, patience, and empathy.
  • Ability to multitask and make fast decisions in stressful situations.

  • Previous work experience in a similar customer support role.
