What you will do

• Advise executives on complex, cross-border employment and HR legal matters across different national regulations.
• Manage executive recruiting processes, from job postings and collaboration with search firms to onboarding.
• Facilitate functional placement and succession management conferences with top executives.
• Prepare and represent executive-relevant topics for the Corporate Spokespersons’ Committee and Supervisory Boards.
• Lead strategic HR projects spanning multiple functions and countries at the segment and Group level.

Requirements

• Several years of experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, international corporate environment.
• Proven experience supporting senior leaders up to top management level.
• Deep knowledge of performance, compensation, talent, and succession management processes.
• Fluent German and English language skills, including strong negotiation proficiency.
• Must be based in Warsaw.
• Strong analytical thinking, discretion, and the ability to manage high-level stakeholders.
