What you will do

• Develop and lead clinical biomarker strategies to support critical development and portfolio decisions.
• Define biomarker plans for target engagement, pharmacodynamic understanding, and patient stratification.
• Lead biomarker data generation from early clinical development through late-stage and registration-enabling studies.
• Drive implementation of strategies through protocols, laboratory manuals, and biomarker analysis plans.
• Oversee the selection and performance of external laboratories and CROs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate biomarker findings into study interpretation and regulatory submissions.

Requirements

• PhD in Immunology, Oncology, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
• Experience designing and implementing biomarker plans within clinical studies.
• Deep understanding of translational science and biomarker platforms (genomic, transcriptomic, proteomic).
• Knowledge of biomarker assay development and fit-for-purpose validation.
• English: Business level (oral and written) required.
• Location: Must be based in or able to work in Paris or London.

Nice to have

• Experience in oncology and/or rare disease drug development.
• Experience supporting late-stage or registration-enabling clinical programs.
• Experience contributing to regulatory submissions and health authority interactions.
• French language proficiency (Business level).
